Hi everyone.

Welcome to my blog!

Maybe you have read my other blogs about jobs, inviter is one of them. So, inviter is quite an important job, but also quite an "easy" job. What I mean "easy" is that, compared to, for example, forum writer, they will need some skills (in the topic that they are writing about), but actually, it is not easy to be a good inviter! Inviters will need to have different skills, those are:

  • The inviter needs to have good social skills & lots of friends.
  • The inviter needs to know who to invite (active people are the people who the inviter should invite the most).
  • The inviter should never give in inviting. For example, if you invite 9 people, and 9 of them not accepting the invite, that is very normal. Don't think that this situation is because your club is bad. Because many people do NOT accept club invites. For example, one time, I invited 12 people, and 11 of them appears "Not Accepting Club Invites". At this time, you should try several more times before you will get 1 person. This is a very important sprit to be an inviter.
  • Some people do not want to do the inviter job, because they think that's a no-skilled involved job. But actually, it can train your social skills, communication skills & teach you how to achieve your targets.

If you have some inviters that are having trouble finding the right people to invite, you can guide them to find the right people and encourage them not to give up.

How to find the right people to invite:

  • Look for people on your friend list who are active.
  • Depending on the club you are inviting people to, look for people with a certain passion that matches the main theme of the club. For example, if the club "Variant" wants to invite someone, better look for some people who like... well, CHESS VARIANTS, so that they will be more likely to join.

Also, try to have a weekly meeting/whenever your inviters are having hard times of inviting (in forums or *HQ club) to encourage them not to give up!

You can also give them trophies after invites to encourage them to keep going.

SUMMARY:

- Inviter job is not quite easy, but challenging!
- As an owner, you need to know how to choose an inviter & how to encourage them to keep going.
- Never give up yourself.
