Hello everyone.

Welcome!

You are now a very BIG club, a bit inactive, etc. Hey, how could you keep it up, actually?

The way is to repeat the steps in part 2-9, maybe without the bad admin thing, but still, you need to use the same tips to manage your club and grow it significantly. I know, this is a chess website, but owning a club is good. Also, are you wondering how to keep those admins active? Well, we mention all that here:

Section I: Keeping Admins Active

That's tough! But you can do that. The way is NOT to stick to the same admins. They may run out of friends to invite or clubs to challenge, or other difficulties. That's why, promote new admins to keep everything running. Yes, it's true that it's hard, but if you truly want a good, sucessful, and continuesally improving club, you'd better keep it active.

Section II: Learn To Accept Demotion

At least SOMEONE is going to get demoted in your club. Don't hesitate to demote someone who is not working for your club but is keeping the position. This is why, the first section is also key: Getting new admins!

Now, keep repeating the steps, but I do NOT advice you to create more than 2 clubs. That will be too much for you.

Thanks for reading.
