Daily Calculation exercises - Day 17 | Attack against the Accelerated Dragon in the Sicilian Defense

Today we have 12 exercises from an interesting game, which I played in the international master tourney in Budapest against FIDE-Master Bence Leszko.

This line I calculated in the game. How can white win?

What is a good positional move for black an why?

How to limit white's power?

How should black reach to white's attack?

A good defensive move?

How can white keep the attack?

What is the best way to defend?

How can white keep the advantage?

One more chance for black?

How can white win the endgame?

The last chance for black in the game

A nice final touch:

I wish you enjoyed the exercises. Please use the patterns in your games!

In this game I played the Accelerated Dragon.

I got a fine position out of the opening, but in the middlegame I played too defensive instead of playing for the b5-b4 or d6-d5 break. He got a winning position, but made a mistake and only got an extra pawn. In the critical moment I played again too passive instead of the active counterplay. When will I learn this? I hope soon!

He won the endgame nicely, using his king and better bishop:
