This way one of my first games when I tried the Schlechter variation (3.Bd3) against the French. defense. I got a fine position out of the opening. He started to play actively on the queenside by playing c7-c5-c4 and b7-b5. He got the initiative, but I defended well and exchanged minor pieces and started an attack on the kingside.
I used too much time and when I got a great position I got a draw offer which I accepted because I had only 10 seconds left and I did not see the concrete win:
