Queen's gambit with Igor Teplyi
Today I played 2 blitz games. I won one game with the Caro-Kann defense and I played a game with International Master Igor Teplyi.
He played the queen's gambit declined. I was able to get a big space advantage on the queenside and in the center, but misplayed it and lost the game.
2 lessons from the game:
1. Prevent the opponent's space gaining plans
2. When looking for a rare manover like Ra3-g3 in the game, be sure the opponent can not prevent it. Other way the rook will be really bad in a3. It was better the natural Rae1 in the game
I started to teach again more. I accept new students. I opened up new time slots in the American nights, European mornings and in the American mornings, European afternoons.
