Road to the Grandmaster title - Kumania round 10 - Kingside attack

In round 10 I played with The English Grandmaster Keith Arkell.

I played the Slav defense. He played very solidly and started an attack on the queenside.

I used a lot of time to find the right counter-play. Too much.

Then I got a great attack with an advantage, but missed the critical move and went for a line which I thought it was good, but was just equal.

Then I made a quick move and blundered a knight fork.

I was low on time, used half of my time and I did not find the best move, actually I can sacrifice the rook to win a pawn for the exchange and still have an equal position.

After he won the exchange won the game convincingly:
