Today morning after 1 hour of teaching a very strong American student, I did my daily calculation training. Today was the 43rd day when I did around 1 hour tactics training. I started to do these exercises to improve my calculation and visualization skills to reach the grandmaster level in those areas too. I invite you to solve the exercises I worked on today in my LIVE stream on my twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/attilaturzo

Every day you can join me when I work on tactics.

You can watch the video how did I solve the puzzles:
Then I started a new type of training 1 hour daily. I decided to play around 30 minutes of training games and 30 minutes analyzing them.
In the first game I got a good opening in the Sicilian defense, won his e4 pawn and created a mating attack:

In the second game I played the London system got a winning position, then blundered it to be equal and lost on time.

In the 3rd game I played the Torre attack. Got a better position from the opening, but blundered a pawn and slowly got a losing position, then equalized with a nice combination, but lost on time again.

In the final 4th game I played the London system again. My opponent played a strange setup and I blundered an important pawn, but defended well and got a close to equal position when my opponent blundered a rook and I won the game

My blitz rating went from 2537 to 2540
In the afternoon I did my daily running. The Sky was cloudy. I was lucky to run when there was no rain. Soon we got a big storm.
It was the 103rd day when I ran.
