Road to the Grandmaster title - Torre Attack endgame

In the morning I played 3 training games and analyzed the games briefly.

In the 1st game I played the Torre-attack and got a very strong position. I played too softly and my opponent built up a strong attack against my king and I blundered when I was low on time.

In the 2nd game my opponent played a side line in the advance variation of the Caro-kann defense. I got a strong position when my opponent played a risky pawn sacrifice. I play a bad move and my position was hopeless.

In the Final game I played the Torre-attack. I got a big advantage from the opening. He sacrificed an exchange to get activity. The position of the bishops nearly made a draw, but he allowed my rook in and win the game.

Last day I managed to sleep 8 hours. I was very happy about it.

I will give my best to reorganize my life to get more sleep to have energy for the games.

My blitz rating went from 2501 to 2498.

In the last 11 days I played 42 games, lost 24 games and won 14 games and drew 4 games.

You can watch the video about how I played and analyzed the games on my twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/attilaturzo

I went to run in the evening. It was the 113th day when I was running every day.

Today I solved puzzles in the late evening.

Today is the 54th day when I did these exercises to improve my calculation and visualization skills to reach the grandmaster level in those areas too. I invite you to solve the exercises I worked on today in my LIVE stream on my twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/attilaturzo

Every day you can join me when I work on tactics.
