In the morning we went to run with my daughter around the small lake. We got a small rain.

After the run I did my 1 hour daily calculation training. It was the

it was the 47th day I started to do these exercises to improve my calculation and visualization skills to reach the grandmaster level in those areas too. I invite you to solve the exercises I worked on today in my LIVE stream on my twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/attilaturzo

Every day you can join me when I work on tactics.

You can watch how did I solve the puzzles:

In the evening I took 1.5 hours to have nap before today's training games.

I played better, than yesterday, but still need to change a lot. I need to play earlier of the day and need to sleep more.

In the first game my opponent played the 2 knights variation against the Caro-kann. I could get a much better position out of the opening, but I did not find it and closed the position when I should have press the d4 pawn.

In the second game my opponent played the advance variation with Bd3 against the Caro-kann. I got an equal position out of the opening and when he captured on c6 I got an advantage, started to advance the pawns on the queenside and penetrated on the a-file:

Today's final game featured a London system. My opponent played the d5 system with Qb6, c4 and g6. I should have play e4 immediately to get an advantage. I missed it and then he got space advantage and made a nice f6-e5 and then d5-d4 break in the center to win the game:

You can watch the video how I played and analyzed the games:

My blitz rating went from 2496 to 2492

In the last 4 days I played 13 games, lost 10 games and won 3 games.

Still the biggest challenge is to have enough energy, find time to sleep.

I am working on it every day and I think today I went to the right direction.
