Trapped queen in the London and brilliant blunder in the endgame against Pham Tran Gia Phuc

In the 6th round of the Vezerkepzo International Master Spring Tourney I played with FIDE-Master Pham, Tran Gia Phuc from Vietnam. I trapped my queen in the London system. 

Slowly improved my bad position.

In the endgame he missed a pin and I won a pawn and a winning position.

I allowed him to get a strong passed pawn which allowed him a brilliant tactic to win the game:
