Tobacco and Caissa

I once read an excellent NIC article about smoking and Chess. Hand-in-hand right? My favorite story was about how Yefim Geller walked into a Soviet Championship in the 70's and was told there would be no smoking during play. He promptly turned around to exit the tournament hall. Not surprisingly a stopgap tent was hastily constructed on site to appease the venerated GentleMan. One cannot have one without the other.

What are your feelings about Tobacco and Chess?
