Just finished finals... for the next 10-14 days I plan on studying a lot of chess.  I'm thinking the Caro-Kann and Birds Opening I'll try out.  I know say, the first 3 or 4 moves of the Caro, but I really want to get in depth.  Kind of sucks there isn't more opening videos on this site; the KID trilogy really helped my defenses out, but I'm eager to try something new.  Ironically I've actually been winning more games as black then white, those videos really prepared me.  Even the Scandinavian line has been pretty helpful for games less than 5mins.

For White I've resorted back to the Ruy Lopez, which I haven't played for ages just because I played it to death when I was 13.  But now not having played it at all for a while it feels fresh.  I really want to learn openings that are not necessarily obscure, but less common than say a Queens Gambit or Ruy Lopez.  Maybe the English Opening will be a good one to learn instead.   It really seems like switching my opening around every now and again forces me to concentrate and apply myself more fully.  I feel like these relentless K.I.Defenses I've been doing make me complacent and mentally lazy after a while.
