Remembering the Shirtless Gambit.

Hi Guys we are here with another blog.

But this one might be different from all my other blogs.

Because we are going to talk about something DIFFERENT that Magnus Carlsen had done.

In the St Louis and Blitz 2020 Edition something different happened.

The total prize fund of this tournament was $250,000

So in B10 Magnus was paired against Nakamura

Apparently being late for the game Magnus dressed up quickly while playing for black in Sicilian defence.

And then something appeared on the screen.

See it yourself. 

Then Hikaru looked Astonished after seeing this.

Hmm...... Even I would give that look but no worries that's why we call him Magnus Carlsen. He stands alone to be apart.

And see what Chess 24 (the platform sponsor) posted this  photo and said still buttoning the t-shirt

But unfortunately this Gambit did not work for him

But still Carlsen finished on the top of the table.

 After the game got finished the Jamaican - American Commentator Commented

“I am just so stunned by what just happened,” 

So thats the Ends. This Blog was just to cherish one of the funniest moments of chess community.
