[RESOLVED MARCH 2018] More Technical Issues During Titled Tuesday

[Editor's note: We are happy to say that after a short hiatus, we have fixed the issues at play and restarted Titled Tuesdays on the first of every month.]

Dear chess fans,

We are so sorry that yet another Titled Tuesday has been canceled. We are beyond frustrated by this and can only offer our most sincere apologies to the players and fans. Frankly, this is incredibly embarrassing, as you can imagine. We have thousands of tournaments running without issues, but the Titled Tuesday events are causing something to crash and not recover.

We are looking at it with all of our energy and will make sure that our next event will be smooth. Again, there are no excuses, just explanations. We will let you know when we schedule the next event, which will have a larger cumulative prize fund, which is the least we can do to get this right.

We know you are disappointed. We are too. We will figure this out and let you all know when we do. Again, I'm so, so sorry.
