Dan's Game against BethO

Here's my last lesson with Dan, which was a little different format for me.  Instead of puzzle, or going over one of my recent games, I asked Dan to play a game against the computer and think out loud for my benefit.  This was partly because I was just exhausted from my recent crazy work and travel schedule, and partly because I really enjoy his periodic ICC video's of these games.

If you enjoy Dan's Chess.com TV show, his books, or his articles, please join us at the Dan Heisman Learning Center -- here:

The game is below, and there are extensive notes which I hope you'll take the time to look over.  Enjoy!

Please note that quite a few of the notes are in side variations that were not played and you won't see the notes unless you click on the first move of the variation.  Otherwise, the Chess.com game player will just follow the main line.

If you enjoy Dan's games, columns, articles and videos you'll LOVE the Dan Heisman Learning Center.  Come join the fun.  Just click the coffee mug below to be part of the action!
