This Week at the DHLC - March 17 - 23
Here's a quick rundown of what's going on this week at the Dan Heisman Learning Center. Just Click the pic to join the fun !!
1. Signups have just opened for our 14th Slow Chess League Qualifier Tournament. For new members of the DHLC and Slow Chess League, this tournament is your gateway to all the other great Slow Chess Activity at the DHLC!
2. We are also signing up players and Teams (!) for our next big Slow Swiss Tournament. Our DHLC Slow Swiss events are very popular 5 - 7 round Swiss tournaments played at a time control of 45/45 on the Live Chess Server. Players can enter individually or as part of a Team.
3. Our ongoing Team 2 Swiss Tournament is moving into Round 5, with Four Good Mates and Pawnland tied for the lead! This is a Slow Swiss 45/45 Team only event that is proving to be very competitive and a big hit with DHLC members.
4. Our terrific DHLC Newsletter for March is on the stands now, full of news, blogs, and a great puzzle section.
