Hey everyone,

In October, we saw a slight decrease in the amount of accounts closed for fair play violations. September had around 125k closures, whereas in October, we had roughly 105k.

As for titled closures, we saw 18 titled accounts banned for fair play violations. If you've ever been curious about what goes into reviewing titled cases, check out Kassa's blog post here which highlights the key elements of our titled review process.

We continue to innovate with new autoban rules to catch cheaters on the site faster — in October we released a couple of these autobans and have seen success stopping a certain cohort of cheaters much faster than before.

On the monitoring and operations side for prize events, we continue to invest in Proctor — we feel for any players frustrated by their Proctor experience and are deeply committed to making it both the safest and best gameplay experience in online tournament chess.

That's it for now!
