Fair Play Update - September 2025

It's that time of the month again!

In September, we saw statistics on par with the previous month. There were nearly 125k accounts closed for cheating. For titled players, there were 24 closures, most of which came from pool play rather than prize events. This shift speaks to the efficacy of Proctor in deterring violations in our prize events.

Our big update for September is that we went live with Proctor for Titled Tuesday and Freestyle Friday for all participants. That's over 400 players in each Titled Tuesday and over 100 for each Freestyle Friday. While it's still the early days of Proctor being required for prize events, we've already seen a sizable impact — we saw a downtick of cheating offenses in our prize events and Titled Tuesday feels more secure than ever before. Proctor is a big win for the integrity of our events!
