Vladimir Kramnik VS. Daniel Naroditsky: The Truth

GM Daniel Naroditsky passed away, but why the Vladimir Kramnik is criticized ? Why ?

Vladimir Kramnik started accusing Daniel Naroditsky publicly of cheating.

The Cheating Allegations:

Kramnik accused many GMs that they were cheating in online chess. He used analysis and said that this Accuracy is because of Cheating.

Naroditsky's Mental Health :

He looked so stressed and dipressed that his eyes.were saying "I am Innocent" . His last YouTube Video's title was You Thought I was Gone.

Naroditsky's Defence:

Kramnik thought he looked anywhere else  while thinking moves but after that Daniel explained his streaming setup. In my opinion he was Innocent .

Family Statement:

Following his death, Naroditsky's family, including his mother, Elena, released a statement describing him as a brilliant and sensitive person who had been tormented by Kramnik's accusations. Elena stated, "For Daniel, there was nothing more important than his dignity and his name as a chess player... and then one person kept saying he was a cheater". 

FIDE Actions:

As of late October 2025, FIDE has officially initiated a disciplinary investigation into Vladimir Kramnik for his public conduct toward the late Daniel Naroditsky. In response to the tragedy and overwhelming community outrage, FIDE President Arkady Dvorkovich and CEO Emil Sutovsky have both publicly condemned Kramnik's actions. 

I am not criticizing Kramnik but I am saying the truth I know.
