Movies That Have The Wrong Age Rating

Hello, welcome back to a collaborative blog by not only @IceConeDragon but also by @Jehtt. Well, Jehtt made his own part of the blog that I will show you the link right here but until he posts his blog the here above this here will be a non link word. So anyway let's start

eetlejuice

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, I'm about to drop and f-bomb on you. The original 1988 Beetlejuice was given the PG rating. I'm sure they thought that swearing, headless people, blood and some disturbing seance aah scenes wasn't THAT bad, even though that would have gotten it PG-13 now. They might have changed age ratings like squid game went from 18 to 15 but I still think the people giving the age rating were either really, really dumb, or they drank too much coffee and that made them sleepy and generous. (At least coffee makes ME sleepy). I mean, the movie starts off with owners dying in a car crash. Like what part of that kinda death sounds PG to you😭. Also, what the hell is this. so now that you know THAT you should know that the age rating on the next one is way worse.

JAWS

Yay, let me just out in a guy getting his body eaten off by a massive shark then give it PG. But seriously, there are people getting killed by really bloody violence. That's even worse than the people getting killed in the car crash in Beetlejuice. Don't forget the nudity, drugs and you can't forget the guy with the eye out of his socket. Yes this movie has got to be super PG rated. They also use the B word and the A word. This has to be at least PG-13. It could easily have been an R-rated movie.

Hunger games

I think this is in the border of PG-13. It could have easily been R with you know, kids murdering each other for the "gods". One kid gets his next snapped which I find very violent. but besides that extreme violence there isn't really much to cover in this movie.

Venom

So I think this movie COULD have been R. But barely an R. The thing is that venom eats people, goes into them and feeds on their organs.There is also 2 f-bombs, and some instances of the s-h-word. There is also blood spraying, heads eaten off, you know, the average PG-13 stuff. So that is really all that I need to explain for this movie. Also venom has the pennywise mouth. You can't unseen it.

World war-zso I only watched about 10 minutes of the movie but I did see the violent zombie attacks on the poor people being viciously attacked. Surprisingly a PG-13 movie. I would say that marvel zombies is going to be less violent nut somehow that is confirmed to be MA. but this is the classic zombie horror movie that you would be expecting, there are also f-bombs and s-h-words. but I didn't get much analysis since I don't really like watching zombie movies.
