Movies That Have The Wrong Age Rating
You'd be surprised by some of the questionable content in "kids" films like Puss In Boots and X-Men. Nobody really thought much of it back in the day; Top Gun is PG, Back To The Future is PG, Home Alone is PG, and oh for crying out loud Jaws is PG. 🤣
Nobody seemed bothered by any of that 40 years ago. But now... it's 2025. Enough said. 😆
In today's blog, I will be talking about movies I believe have the wrong age rating... and guess what??? 90% of them are animated!!! Yay!!!

Alright, guys. We're gettin' real right off the bat here...
Incredibles 2 literally has an unfinished f-bomb, a lot of other language, and it's honestly kind of horrifying at times. 🤣🤣🤣
I know it's hard to picture an animated Disney movie being PG-13, but they kind of put this on themselves by adding all the questionable content.
TOMB RAIDER (2018)
What It's Rated: PG-13
What It Should Be Rated: R
I've been wanting to talk about this movie on my blog for a long time now...
This is literally the scariest film I have ever seen... ever. The ending scene in the... well... tomb, (lol 🤣) is so creepy, I can't believe this movie is PG-13. 😆
...but also, why is there no sequel.
...but also, why are the Angelina Jolie ones like 1,000,000 times better and not scary at all. 🤣
THE WOLVERINE

What It Should Be Rated: R
Not X-Men Origins, not Logan, the other Wolverine movie that I've never heard anyone talk about ever. 🤣🤣🤣
3 words: horr, if, fying. (I talk more about it in this blog: CLICK 💩😆)
Also, it included the very first X-Men f-bomb, so... I think it should be R. 🤣
PUSS IN BOOTS: THE LAST WISH
What It's Rated: PG
What It Should Be Rated: PG-13
This is literally the same as Incredibles 2. It has a lot of surprising language, some bleeped, some unfinished, and some just flat out spoken.
Oh, and the villain's name is freaking "Death". 🤣🤣🤣
CARS 2, TOY STORY, TOY STORY 4

What They Should Be Rated: PG
I might be being a bit picky here, but... can't we all agree at least 1 of these should be PG? Cars 2 has some intense spy stuf in it, a lot of guns and death, (Of, well... cars 😆) Toy Story has Sid, (lol 🤣) and Toy Story 4 has those horrifying ventriloquist dummies in there. 🤣

I'm just gonna say it, about 50% of these movies (In my opinion) were ruined by the questionable things in them....................................... would you look at that...
