Have you been following the 2022 Tata Steel supertournament, with Carlsen, Caruana and Giri among others?

Whether you're still catching up to the previous rounds, or want to learn everything you can from the games, my two video recaps of the first two rounds of the tournament will help you understand the ways in which Grandmasters win (or fail to win) their games!

Here is the Round 1 Recap:

I only focused on the Masters event in this recap, as even in the drawn games, there were a lot of opportunities for the higher-rated players to win!

Yesterday, Round 2 was played, and there were some very interesting battles in the Challengers section as well as the Masters section! So I covered them both in today's video, just published:

If you got this far in the post, it's quite likely that you are serious about improving your chess, right?

How would you like to go from a 2000+ level to a master level (i.e. 2200+ or 2300+) in just 90 days?

Message me here to find out how.

I'm looking for 5 more players rated over 2000 to get to a master level in the next week, so get in early before all the spots are taken!

Are You A Chess Player Who Wants To Improve 100-200 Points In The Next 3 Months?

I'm looking for students who:

- Are passionate about chess;

- Are based in Australia, the Americas or East Asia;

- Are rated above 1600 (if you're below 1600, I have a curriculum to get you to 1600+ rapidly);

- Want to improve your chess as quickly, efficiently, and enjoyably as possible;

Once I reach my limit, I won't accept any more private students.

To discover more about how I can help you improve your play and subsequently, raise your chess ratings quickly, send me an email at illingworthchess@gmail.com, or direct message me on Facebook: m.me/max.illingworth.16
