What's up guys?

It's GM Max here with another blog - this time, I have two Grandmaster video lessons to share with you, where we'll discover how to beat two extremely common chess openings!

Our first vlog is all about how to beat 1.e4 e5 - the most common reply to 1.e4 at lower levels of play, and also at the highest levels. It's difficult for White to obtain an advantage if Black keeps playing well - however, back in 2019, I wrote an extremely popular post on The Vienna Gambit, which most players below 2000 greatly struggle against.

You can find out more in my video below:

Make sure to smash that like button, as it tells me to make more 'How To Beat ...' opening videos like this!

Of course, when I say 'How To Beat', I don't mean in the sense of forcing a win or even an advantage in all lines - but rather, the fastest way to maximize your practical results against your typical opponents (rated below 2000), as shown by game statistics.

Our next video is from Black's perspective, on 'How To Beat 1.e4'! Here we're going to discover the best-scoring reply to 1.e4 below the 2000 level, so that you can maximize your results against these 'club' players without spending hundreds of hours learning opening theory!

Watch the full video below to discover how GM Mamedyarov defeated GM Aronian in less than 25 moves with my suggested opening weapon!

See you guys in the next post, where I will showcase my next Youtube videos for you!
