2025 Movies I Still Might Have To Check Out
2025 is just about over, and I've been thinking about all the great new movies I've seen this year from A Minecraft Movie to Zootopia 2... but I'm also still considering a few others, if I'm being honest.
So, in today's blog, I will be talking about every 2025 movie I still might have to check out in the future, when I might see them, and why I want to. ENJOY!

THE ELECTRIC STATE (FEBRUARY 24)
Probably won't see it anytime soon, but this one stuck out to me. Will it be a fun, family movie? Most likely, well, no... but it is the Russo Brothers, Chris Pratt, and some dumb robots, so... I'm not sure what to think of it, really. 🤣
SNOW WHITE (MARCH 21)
Ok, don't hate me forever, but I honestly still think this movie looks mid. I liked what I heard of the new "Waiting On A Wish" song and I seriously don't care the TINIEST bit about all the behind the scenes, controversial stuff with Rachel Zegler and the dwarfs being "magical creatures" or whatever the heck all that is about; I just want to watch a fun movie.
THE AMATEUR (APRIL 11)
Another one I probably won't see for a while, but I think it still looks promising.
SMURFS (JULY 18)
The only reason you would ever catch me watching this movie is because I really want to see and review every brainrot film of 2025 (KPop Demon Hunters, Gabby's Dollhouse, SpongeBob, this one, etc... 🤣) so I can literally just write terrible reviews on all of them. 😅 ("1 trillion views for sure" - @IceConeDragon)
SKETCH (AUGUST 6)
I mean, it could be fine ig, I just think it's risky; a little too dark and evil looking for what's supposed to be a kid's movie. I bet there are a few funny things in there, but it's hard to tell. (There's a very small possibility I will actually watch this one, just wanted to put it out there in case plans change 🙃)
ROOFMAN (OCTOBER 10)
Forgive me if this movie's content is crude, but I am just furious it's rated R. I haven't even watched the trailer or anything, all I've heard is the plot: a true story of a man who robbed 45 McDonald’s, broke out of prison, and lived on the run in a Toys R Us for months??? Bro... who else thinks this is like the greatest, most fun, interesting story line of all time? 🤣 (Also, it's a TRUE story?!?! HUH?!?!)
Anyways, with that being said, I might watch this one later on in life, definitely not for probably another like 6 or 7 years tho ngl. 🤣 (GET OUT-)
TRON: ARES (OCTOBER 10)
Alright, I know for a FACT I'm watching this one, I'm just still waiting for the DVD to release. I think it's the stupidest thing ever that DVDs come out on Tuesdays, like... why in the world a Tuesday? Hello, isn't Friday when new movies come out? Also, why didn't Disney release this DVD before Christmas so it could be a gift? I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A TALK WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF DVD-
ELLA MCCAY (DECEMBER 12)
I have absolutely no idea what she is doing in the image above, but this one looks really funny. 🤣 (I wouldn't mind seeing it maybe when it's free on Disney+)
AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH (DECEMBER 19)
I know CGI wasn’t the greatest back when the first Avatar movie was made, but honestly, it really just looks like a video game the entire movie. 🤣 (Or maybe like the deleted scenes of an animated film… you know what I’m talking about? Like… the unfinished animations and stuff? 😅)
Anyways, I never finished the first one, but I hope to soon and maybe, just maybe, if I like it and the sequel, this one might be worth a look. (Heard it wasn't great tho)
ANACONDA (DECEMBER 25)
I'm gonna be so fr, this movie looks absolutely AWESOME. If it's not like a total horror movie, I'm 100% watching it when it comes to Netflix/VidAngel. (Looks like a mix of Jungle Cruise and Jurassic Park... I'm lovin' it McDonalds? 💩🤣)
Don't know if I'll ever see some of these, but I just wanted to point them out, cuz... who knows what might be comin' next. 😎 (COMMENT BELOW IF YOU HAVE SEEN ANY OF THESE MOVIES AND IF SO WHAT YOU THOUGHT OF THEM!)
