A Roblox Movie Was... Confirmed?!?

So... it seems that Roblox missed their opportunity to make a movie of all the games, (If they even ever planned on doing that) because now, certain games are just sort of breaking off and making movies INDEPENDENTLY.

I actually cannot believe I'm saying this, but 2 different Roblox movies were confirmed about a month ago, and I had no idea until like... just now. Neither of them are going to be by Dreamworks and neither of them are starring Will Ferrell or Kevin Hart, but Roblox is actually hitting the big screen...

What is even happening. (I am so mad I missed this news when it was first announced 😭😭😭)

In today's blog, I will be talking about the 2 confirmed Roblox movies and what I think of them both just from the little details we have so far. ENJOY!

Alright, let's get into this: the first Roblox movie was confirmed on November 4th and it will be... a Jailbreak movie. Yes. My childhood is becoming a movie. (Not me acting like this game is 30 years old 🤣)

This one is being produced by a studio called Wind Sun Sky which I honestly had no idea existed until today because I couldn't care a dang thing about that Invincible show or whatever, but this is the same studio that will be producing a Creatures Of Sonaria animated series, which is ANOTHER Roblox game.

Apparently they've been working on this Jailbreak movie for almost 19 months and are still in "early production", so... I guess they're taking their time with this... which could be a good sign? 😆

Anyways, I am personally kind of excited for a Jailbreak movie since it was one of the first--if not the very first--Roblox games I ever got into, so... yeah. Don't know if I'll spend $50 to see it on the biggest screen possible, but... color me intrigued...

*Crickets Crickets*

Now, the second Roblox movie was confirmed ONE DAY after the Jailbreak movie, (Which is absolutely savage if you ask me) and it will be... WAIT FOR IT... WAIT FOR IT... a Grow A Garden movie. 💩

I've only played Grow A Garden for like 2 minutes but I already know that this is a VERY bad move for that Jandel guy. Why? The Roblox charts are constantly changing. Let's be honest, is GAG even popular anymore? 🤣🤣🤣 (If anything, we should be getting a SAB movie... although that probably wouldn't be a good idea either for the same exact reason: the hot games on Roblox just simply cannot stay hot 💩💀😆)

I get Jailbreak because that game is a classic like Adopt Me and Work at Pizza Place... but Grow A Garden??? Shouldn't we give it a little more time before making a whole blockbuster on this thing? I just don't know if by the time they finish with this movie the game will even be popular anymore.

I knew there was always a slight possibility of Roblox coming to the big screen, I just really wasn't thinking it would be in this way...

But now I'm way too curious to see what's going to happen here, when are we getting a trailer for the Jailbreak movie...
