Remember this child: Tanitoluwa Adewumi -- 12 year old rising star

This blog is about 12 year old rising star named Tanitoluwa Adewumi (Tani). Tani is Nigerian-American chess player. He was born in 2010,September 3.

Being only 12 years old,Tani holds the Fide Master title. Аnd most likely it is Тani who will become the next youngest grandmaster after Abhimanyu Mishra.

In 2020, Tani wrote his own book about himself,called "My Name is Tani". (published on 14th april,2020)

“Hard work beats talent,” Tani said. “Don’t judge a book by its cover. If you see an unrated person, that should worry you because there’s no way to know if they are good or bad. So play your best.” -- said Tani about his book.

Here I won't talk about Tani's early life,as it is so heartbreaking. But by his hard work,now everything is fine,luckily.

Tani is a real star here,on chess.com. He is a Top Blogger and was an active event player. But now,Tani spends most of his time preparing for tournaments for GM title.
