Lightning Reports: Not-So PRO Chess League
Hey, wassup guys! It's Lightning, here to tell you that, for some reason, I've suddenly decided to blog weekly reports of the Not-So PRO Chess League! If you don't know about this league, go check it out! It's a team-based league, similar to the infamous PRO Chess League, and it is a lot of fun to play and compete in.
These weekly reports will consist of my teams board-by-board results, analysis and annotations of each game played, thoughts on the match as a whole, and perhaps a brief look around the rest of the league. I will also offer my own, personal weekly predictions for each coming match, because I love getting every single prediction wrong. My first post will likely come around December 17th, as the first week of the league's Qualifying Stage should end by then.
So, why am I going to blog weekly reports on this league, and why should you care? Well, I wrote weekly reports for my team in Season 9 of this league, and it was a lot of fun for me, I enjoyed it. Several people, such as @jaredjm who captained the team I played for, told me I should blog my weekly reports. I was skeptical at first, as I didn't think my reports were good enough to be blogged. I knew they weren't bad, as everyone told me they were really good, but still, I was skeptical. But now, as I attempt to captain my own team, the Chessical PROdigies, in Season 10 of the league, I have decided to attempt to blog my weekly reports. Now, as for why you should care? Well, uh, other than the fact that you might actually enjoy my reports, I don't really know. Maybe because I refer to myself as Lightning? Or because my profile pic is shockingly cool? You decide why you should care. (Seriously though, if you don't mind, check out my reports! You just might like them
and also, go check out the Not-So PRO Chess League!)
Thanks for reading. Hope you'll stay tuned for my weekly reports. All comments, views, and feedback are appreciated. Cya in the comments!
