Live Chess World League Team Philippines in Division One
With last season's overwhelming support from our great Philippine Chess Masters we manage to get the Championship title from Division 2 front runner Bosnia and Herzegovina, who beat us in 2 matches in the 1st Stage. Trailing the power house BOSNIANS into Stage 2's Championship round, the PINOYS needed to sweep the BOSNIANS in the remaining 2 matches to take the CROWN. The Finals (click)was ferociously competed with help of our Titled Masters in crushing the BOSNIANS by a big margin in both final matches, thus winning our 2nd consecutive Championship in 2 different DIVISIONS.
