After that however, if you are too greedy you will lose your Queen.

If you take the bishop on c8, Black can play e5. After White plays Qxc8, Black can play Bb4+.

After you stop the check, Black can simply take your Queen with Rxc8.

If you take the pawn on c7, your Queen is trapped after Black plays Nc6.
