How We can Improve Chess, Part 2
Hello! Welcome back to Puzzletacticaian's second blog about how to improve chess!
In this blog, I will include one of the top three ways I think is the most effective way to improve, and two special puzzles relating to the topic! The first one will be hard, of course, but the second one is MUCH easier. I hope you enjoy it and stay tuned!
3. Analyze Top Games
This can help you enormously on how you look at the chessboard! You might think about Karpov or Magnus's style! It can also help your openings if you want to play them... without the major mistakes. It can also help you practice analyzing very hard games and spot tactics that most would have missed! As we covered the last blog, top games can be easily found in articles, news, and blogs. Ok, enough of the talking, here are the two examples
Do you see how the game went? Did you see one crucial mistake in the opening? White could have forced black into an awkward situation, on move 10! See now if you can spot it!
Wow! Now, if you see that sort of tactic in a game, you can apply it at full force!
I hope you enjoyed today's blog. Part 3 and 4 will be out soon! I will also try to become a top blogger, so comment below if you have any advice!
