My third-round OTB recap of the local Winter Swiss tournament. I was black against Michael Kern, at his peak rating of 1825 and rising. I thought he would play the London System, so I went for a King's Indian Defense setup. I planned to play aggressively and keep fighting chances against the solid London. Michael thought I'd go for this line and learned a tricky move order from GothamChess. Check out the full video recap or follow the PGN below.
