The Night is Young, As is My Journey

It has been very short, yet an interesting journey so far. Chess is a  game that I first learned to play at a very young age, however it was a game I seldom played. Maybe 3 or 4 times in a year, perhaps...If that. Now at the age of 21 I am finding myself deeply interested in the Royal Game, facsinated by tactics and the history of Chess.  At one point in time, I never realized the many intricacies that is Chess tactics. Nor did I even acknowledge the many fantastic players of the past, let alone the mental giants that stand supreme in todays games.  

I greatly look forward to improving my game, developing my own style of play, and expanding my knowledge of the more memorable games that so many of us can and do ultimately learn from.
