Video Lesson: Attacking a Long Castled King

Hi everyone! Today, I would like to share with you a very instructive lecture from my one of my latest ChessBase training DVD on how to attack against a long castled king. In my previous post, I have outlined the key ideas a chess player should keep in mind when the opponent’s king is exposed in the middle or castled short (kingside). What if he castles queenside though? Attacking against a long castling isn’t that simple, so in this video lecture, I present a very beautiful game by GM Nigel Short that shows all that’s important to begin your successful attacks against a long castled king of your opponent.
