Hello chess friends! As a continuation to my latest post, today I would like to share with you some nice videos from a few of my ChessBase training DVDs on how to play attacking openings with white. The key of playing aggressive in the beginning lies within two principles: 1) Develop actively and 2) Gain time. While the first principle works well in the opened games, the second one usually applies through a sacrifice or a way to develop faster, so that our preparation is faster and we can fight for advantage still from the very beginning of the game! I hope you will enjoy my suggestions:

1) Smash your opponent with Gambits!

If you want to follow the analysis attentively you should maximize the broadcast window: Click on the YouTube icon or "Full screen" on the bottom right. 

2) Surprisingly good weapon against the Sicilian.

3) Attack with 1.d4! Queen’s Gambit Attacks.
