Some Sicilian e6 tricks | a bit of psychology in chess
A while ago I noticed something peculiar in quite some Sicilian games I played.
Several white players seem to like to play the English attack against any Sicilian setup, and in one particular line in the Sicilian with e6 this can sometimes totally backfire.
Let's look at it from white's point of view in the first game example :
Conclusion : Don't be a copy-cat. Do not use one setup against all lines of a certain opening without thinking/studying :)
