The focus on the queen on the chessboard

I've written before that beginning chess players often make a lot of queen moves, and they will chase the opponent queen any time they can. And if they lose their queen they often resign immediately. One could start to wonder whether the "royal" game of chess is actually all about the queen and not about the king.

The moment that a chess player grows and is able to make the chess pieces work as a team, that is a step forward towards "better" chess.

Here's a game example where my opponent was seemingly very focused on the opponent queen.

Disclaimer : This is just an example. I am not suggesting that my opponent here is a chess beginner or weak player etcetera.
