Sneezing Dinos decide to draw the Blundering Mates

Okay, this might look pretty bad for the dinosaurs. I guess they were expecting a win... but hey, a draw isn't a loss! The dinos took a dub on board 2 (4-0), and proceeded to draw on board 1,3,4 (forfeit), 5 (forfeit), and 7. Sadly, they lost on b6 by forfeit. Their b2 (@OrlandoKid2009) did a good job crushing his opponent! Lets take a look at one of his wins!

Checkmatin' Masters escape with the draw against Team Dimension

Wow... I didn't know if this was an upset, or something, but the score is incredible! Such a close match, in fact, too close! Both teams are definitely really powerful, but seriously, a DRAW?! The Masters escaped with more wins on board 2 (3-1), and 4 (4-0 forfeit). They lost and boards 3 (2.5-1.5), 5 (3-1), 7 (3-1), and 6 (2.5-1.5). They then took draws on board 1. Lets look at one of their board 1's (@3Ke31-0) wins over a Candidate Master! 

Team Libra tramples the CSL Cruisers

Go Team Libra! Lets win the season together! That aside, Libra actually took over this match versus a pretty strong team, the CSL Cruisers! The Cruisers actually won their previous round vs. the dinos, so we were pretty scared, but we managed to deal with it! We took wins on boards 1 (4-0), 2 (2.5-1.5), 3 (3.5-0.5), 4 (3-1), and 7 (4-0 forfeit). Sadly, we lost on board 6 (0-4). Board 5 is when things get interesting. Apparently, the players couldn't find a time to play, but they did manage to complete 2 games, which means that the final score was 1-1. As you saw, I (as b3) won 3.5-0.5 against my pretty strong opponent, @Bhavikchaudhary. I will showcase one of our games. (Sorry Team Libra! )

Chess Family rolls The Soaring Seagulls

Chess Family is earning more and more credit after completing their second win over the course of the season! They took dubs this round on boards 1 (3.5-1.5), 2 (3-1), 4 (4-0), and 7 (3-1). They took a draw on board 2, and ran away with some losses on board's 5 (3-1), and 6 (4-0). Overall, the family scored well, and will look ahead to maybe win the season (not if Team Libra stops them ). Jokes aside though, lets dive into one of their b2's wins!

Red Dragons destroy the Checkmatin' Queens

Was this the biggest upset of this week? Oh wait, no, it wasn't. Or maybe it was! That's right! The Red Dragons just won with an incredible score! I'm pretty speechless at this point... so lets just look at the scores, shall we? The Red Dragons took a lot of wins on board's 1 (3-1), 2 (3.5-0.5), 4 (3-1), 6 (2.5-1.5), and 7 (4-0 forfeit). Surprisingly, they never lost, and only took draws on board 3 (forfeit) and 5 (forfeit)! Lets just quietly look at one of their b1's wins.

Dream Team Destroyers sweep Rising Phoenix

Okay, this looks pretty bad for team phoenix, they pretty much got destroyed by the destroyers! I can't blame them though, DTD seems to be one of the definite title contenders! DTD took dubs on board 1 (4-0 forfeit), 3 (4-0 forfeit), 5 (4-0 forfeit), and 7 (4-0 forfeit). They drew on board's 2 and and 6, as well as losing on 5 (4-0 forfeit). Yup, Rising Phoenix, you gotta work on your forfeit problem. Literally this entire match was forfeits, except for b2. Phew, at least their b2 played! Lets take a look at one of @ricechessmaster1's wins! 

(on the board it will show that DTD's b2 is @KincsoToth, but @ricechessmaster1 was subbing)

USERNAME STAR upsets The Rickrolls

15.5-12.5

Sadly, The Rickrolls are doing pretty bad, but they're a very strong team. They may have had a few upsets, but they can always catch up, judging by their power. Username Star on the other hand, impressed the crowd with a win over the rolls'! Username Star took dubs on boards 5 (3-1) and 6 (3-1). They also ended up losing on b2 (2.5-1.5), and took draws on boards 1, 3 (forfeit), 4, and 7 (forfeit). Lets take a look at one of their b1's games!

Chess Family V2.0 "unfairly" crush Brawl Stars Champ

When I say "unfairly," it doesn't mean that they cheated or anything like that, the Brawlers just couldn't do anything to defend their loss. There's nothing that I can really say about this match, Chess Family 2 won 4-0 forfeit on boards 1,2,3,4, and 5. They forfeit draw on b6 (which is the only way the champs got 2 points), and somehow forfeited 2-0 on b7. The Brawlers don't have enough players, so it wasn't quite surprising that they lost with such a crushing score. 

Game Of The Week!

Hello again! The moment you have finally been waiting for... the game of the week! So who am I featuring now? I will be showing a game between two very strong players, @firstrayofsun and @angryspacevoid. First-ray came out with the win, and it was definitely a poggers moment! Lets take a look at the analyzed game!
