Quick development in the Scandinavian Defense

Michael, one of my students from Norway played this game. He put his pieces in action quickly. His opponent played passively and when he tried to attack, then Michael had a strong counter-attacking move with his bishop to force a better pawn structure or win a pawn.

When you replay the game, please look the annotations under the board and look also the variations and side lines!
