2015 Robert P. Smith Memorial, Round 4!!
This was the fourth evening game, G/120 as usual, at the Pittsburgh Chess Club, and I had White against one of the other three experts tied for first at 2.5/3.
I played the Closed Sicilian and got a kingside pawn storm rolling, but miscalculated and had to choose between pawn/knight sac and awkward knight retreat. I chose the latter and Black took control of the game, but in mutual time trouble I survived a bunch of tactics and mating attempts to win.
