An extremely instructive ending where my opponent missed an excellent chance to obtain decisive advantage.

 

I learnt much from this tough ending in terms of Rook ending play, Bishop pair vs Knights and attacking and defending.


White to Move

Black has just played 46 ... b4 and my opponent played 47. cxb4
 
However, post analysis shows that with g6 he has a winning advantage. What matters most is the passed pawn. Ultimately this leads to a passive Rook for Black vs and Active Rook for White (behind the pawn)
