From my half hour training exercises, I reached position 2184 having completed 12 in half an hour.
I missed 2182 below
White to Move and Mate in 2
I had chosen 1. Na2 as I believed that if the King moved there would be Ra4 mate, whilst if any Knight move is played I have Qb3 mate.
I failed to see Black can interpose on the b-file to prevent my Queen from reaching b3. A good lesson in trying to find the best defense for your opponent.
The actual solution is very cute, exposing discovered attacks.
