Pressure makes things happen

Pressure has a way of making things happen. In my game on the White side of an open Sicilian, I identified in post mortem that I missed ways to keep tension and pressure on my opponent.
Example 1: White to Move
Here I relieved tension with 21. Rh3, whereas instead 21. Rg5 maintains maximum pressure.
Example 2: White to Move
Once more liquidated the tension with 25. gxh5 whereas 25. Nf5 leads to complications which Black has to solve at the board, with the lingering threat of mate starting with Ne7 and a Queen sacrifice on h7.
