Preface

I believe that my calling in life is to prolong the life of all future generations of living species worldwide while having respect for nature and all life itself. ~Randell E. Delgado~
I have come to understand some fundamental concepts about the future world of economics, the role of nature, and how they fit into the greater scheme of life. I believe I have found a solution how to promote certain aspects of the order of nature to recommend how to better and more precisely navigate through the fundamental climate and economic difficulties that plague society today. I have written this book to convey my love of nature and to inspire others to grasp the methods of living that nature can teach us to improve our lifestyles and save the planet!
One of the significant concepts that I offer in this book is to consider the influence of the antiquated system of the laws of admiralty and maritime law. In my opinion, this economic path has overridden the laws of land and nature placing this generation and future generations in jeopardy. Economic history, the environment, and significant events in history such as the creation of the United States Federal Reserve in 1913 can be shown to rest on the single mechanism for this dilemma—the development of further dependence on currency. However, common sense will tell you that the growing dependency on currency rather than labor or the outputs of production for human needs are leading to planetary devastation. A thriving global ecosystem is key to survival on earth. The introduction of hazards from the industrial revolution, such as drugs and technology, pollute the environment. Eliminating currency is one way to restore a sustainable, economic structure that is able to overcome the damage of historical mistakes.
Human choices have led to an imbalance and lack of harmony with nature here on earth. We have already seen the problem with decreased quality of life. Meanwhile, parents love their children and want a good future and education for them. But somehow along the way on this road we call life, mankind has added the use of currency even when they have survived successfully living off the land without it. This choice by a small group of leaders, whose plan was to use currency and exchange the rules and laws of nature, has greatly impacted many generations. If the human race does not stop the way we are living here on earth, humanity will go extinct within our lifetimes.
Emulating animals and insects, such as ants, who work and live off the land, gives humanity a successful example of how to work in harmony with the planet. Thus, I believe living and working off the land without using money is the best way for mankind to live in balance with nature. Therefore, the elimination of currency may be the primary step to changing the way that people think, work, and value labor over the often inaccurate value placed on inanimate currency. I really hope and pray my book will help change the hearts of world leaders and the minds of humanity without the use of government legal tender.

Chapter 2 Historical Development of Legal Tender and Associated Laws

The development of legal tender cannot be attributed to only one factor. But a significant factors in the development of legal tender can be traced back in history to some significant developments. First, the implementation of maritime laws. Then, the Industrial Revolution and the creation of organizations. Finally, the implementation of institutions reliant on a specific value placed on currency. {The old west had many bank failures. Paper could be worth thousands one day and nothing the next. This is also significant logic to standardize cash. But I do not think anyone really understood the repercussions. Baf}
