1. Club Teams? What is this?
First question: what is this all about?
Club Teams is a new type of Teams. It will allow clubs to get into UCC with their own Teams!
Let's continue with the overall info about Club Teams.
2. Info about Club Teams.
There are 10 Players in each Club Team: 5 Main Players(including Team Leader) and 5 Substitute Players. As in regular Teams, Team Leaders have 7,500$ to spend on their Main Players and 5,000$ on the Substitute Players. Transfer Prices will be calculated automatically in our Google Sheet. Just PM me the names of all your Players to make sure everything is OK.
Each Club Team has its own unique name. Plus, it will be specified, which club does the Team belong to.
3. Structure.
Club Teams will be a part of Club Teams Academies(CTA later in the document) - special formations, from where Club Teams can gather Main&Substitute Players if they need to.
Important! Although members of CTA can be part of two or more Academies, a Club Team Player CANNOT play for any other Teams! Otherwise, he/she will be disqualified from this Season. If a CTA member replaces someone in the Club Team, he must quit all other CTA.
It's highly recommended to create a club or a special group for each CTA! It can be just a forum to connect people from one Team.
Every club which has at least one CTA, will be now called UCC Association. Club Owner or trustful&active SA(s) will be allowed to enter a special club called "FICA Headquaters".
Each Association can have a maximum of 10 Club Teams Academies(and 10 Club Teams). The number of members in the UCC Association doesn't matter.
4. I'm just a regular member of a UCC Association! What can I do to help my Association Teams?
Well, we have great news for you! Twice a Season(after Week 6 and Week 13), a special event called the "Association Help Event"(or AHE) will be held.
Throughout ONE week(from Monday, 2 am UTC to Monday, 2 am UTC) Association can challenge any other Association for a Live Match! Time control&start time is optional! The only rule is that Club Team members can't participate in Live Matches. They will be too busy playing in the current Gameweek matches!
All Club Teams will get 1 point for each Live Match, won by their Association, and 0.5 for each Live match draw! Every single member of the UCC Association can and should help)
5. Conclusion.
You can still create Regular UCC Teams. But it's way more effective to use the Club Teams concept. No Google Forms(you can just PM me the full Team's roster and Transfer Prices will be calculated automatically). No "Who wants to join my team?" forums!
It's time to spread info about UCC across Chess.com! The more people you tell about our project, the faster we can find Organizers and start BETA UCC! Moreover, first 16 Teams(BETA UCC participants) will become quite famous and attractive!
Now any Chess.com member can join United Chess Competitions much easier and faster! BETA UCC, here we come!
