This week's game comes from the "Going Away" simultaneous exhibition given by NM Josh Bloomer.  Josh had to play 22 players going +16-5=1.  Two of the losses and the draw came from "Murder's Row," which included 7 class A players in a row.  Josh Divine was only able to get his feet in the picture, but did score the first victory, taking home the tournament chess set donated by The Gentlemen's Chess Club (http://www.gentlemenschessclub.com/).

Josh Divine started playing tournament chess in 2005 and climbed up to the class A barrier before plateauing (mostly due to college).  He is like me in that his highest rated played, who he beat, is Josh Bloomer at 2222 in March of 2007.  However, Josh Divine's victory came before he had cracked the class A barrier, as Josh finally made it into the class A world on July 10th, 2012.  Not a bad way to start off your class A career...
