On July 15th, the Colorado Springs Chess Club held its 3rd Tuesday of the month event: Quick Swiss.  USCF members are entered into a free, Quick-rated, Swiss tournament.  Jeff Fox and Imre Barlay  edged the field to earn the 1st place tour points.
