As I sated in in last year's JCC event, we were hoping to, at the very least, host a NC Scholastic and possibly more. Last years tournament was enough of a success, that we were able to bid for and get the '93 Scholastics. Overall, the tournament was a success with a total of 153 players, but it would be both the last tournament in the JCC series and my last scholastic tournament. The college section doubled from last year, going from 2 to 4.
All 3 of my games in this tournament were a disaster, including a draw that really should have been a loss against a player rated almost 600 points lower. But, while I didn't play well, I still managed to get a .500 score.
