The Value Of Small Advantages

Here is a fully annotated game for you to take a look at.  The annotations will discuss Nimzovich's theory that masters 'overrate' small advantages, and Capablanca's approach to chess.  Namely, that one advantage can lead to another more significant one.

There's a fine balance between the two, sometimes a tiny little advantage simply is unworkable.  Despite that, there are times when all it takes is a slight positional edge to claim the win.

The following is a rather dull game I played online recently.  Because there were no significant tactical shots to be had, a basic understanding of positional play became more apparent.  I know I learned something from this game, hopefully you can too!
