Does exposure compensate for profesional formation? Can a person exposed to OBSCENE amounts of chess for a very long period of time grow as a chess player? Is obsesive compulsive study better? or is it a matter of how that particular individual asimilates information better? If there is an emergency can a nurse with 20 years of OR experience get the job done?
