Chess Engines Playing Every Opening: ECO or No?
Currently in the Computer Chess Championship (chess.com/ccc), we're running a bonus event! Stockfish and Lc0, the two top engines in the world, are playing every line in the Encyclopedia Of Chess Openings. Even at 1|1 bullet, playing all 2014 of them takes a while.
And boy, are there some bad ones.
So in the spirit of "Random Bad Chess Openings," here's a quiz for you. I've listed a bunch of ECO opening names... but some of them are made up. Can you pick out the ones that are real, and the ones that are fake? (Post your answers in the Comments!)
